Fully Carpet Clean undertakes to perform the service required by the Customer according to the highest standards in the cleaning industry. We usually require the customer or their representative to be present at the end of the job to approve the results and pay for the performed service if cash payment is agreed. In case it is not possible we must be notified within 24hrs and allowed to re-do the cleaning and solve the problem at no additional cost. However, once the job has been approved by the customer we cannot accept further complaints.
The Customer is responsible for providing access to the property at the time of the appointment. Keys can be picked by us from other premises nearby free of charge or for a small fee for distant locations, do the work and then return the keys later on the same day. Fully Carpet Clean are not liable for loss or damage to keys or locks. Failure to provide access to the property is subject to a Non-Refundable Fee equal to the amount of the scheduled cleaning service.The Customer must supply electricity and running water at the property where we do the cleaning. Failure to do so is subject to £50 Non-Refundable Fee.
Fully Carpet Clean advises that customer must be present at the completion of the job so that to inspect if it is done to a satisfactory level and ask for any corrections if needed before our cleaners leave. Please bear in mind that we cannot be held responsible for permanent damages and stains that have become more visible after the upper layer of dirt has been removed. Fully Carpet Clean won't consider complaints reported more than 24hrs after the service provision. If a complaint is reported to us in writing within 24hrs, we may require to re-visit the property to inspect and rectify the omissions. The Customer must understand that we do NOT offer refunds once the service is completed. Fully Carpet Clean shall not be liable for any damage caused as a result of placing furniture on a carpet which is not dried. We shall not be liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting. In case of a proved claim against us we are liable to cover expenses based on the present condition at the time of cleaning taking into consideration reasonable wear and tear and not on the value of a corresponding brand new item.
We require 24 hour notification regarding cancellation of booked services. Otherwise, Cancellation Fee equal to the amount of the scheduled cleaning service will be imposed. Fully Carpet Clean may cancel an appointment upon inspection of the property and if the condition is hazardous to the health and safety of our operatives.
We give free written quotes via email or over the phone based on the information provided by the Customer. The minimum charge per visit is £50. Congestion and car parking charge may apply as well. Fully Carpet Clean reserve the right to increase the price upon inspection of the property and if the information provided is not correct. We expect payment to be made by cash before our operative leave the property or by bank transfer/PayPal 24hrs in advance. A debt collecting procedure will apply if the customer refuses to pay for any reason. The Customer must be informed that we are fully insured about non paying customers, so we take this matters very seriously.
